These neat horns took me 6 months to get in stock and since this was my first attempt at importing (From India), they ended up costing much more than anticipated. My loss may be your gain! They are opening below my cost so try and get them when you can. Once I get a feel for what they are going to sell for, I will offer them in my store.
This New item looks just like an authentic antique horn and when needs polishing can easily pass as one (Some need more polishing than others, but if you want a shinny horn, it will definitely need polishing since I have had these for over a year and have been too busy to get to them) None of them are absolutely perfect, all of them have some ding, crease or dent, but I will not ship a bad horn!
A GREAT brass polishing paste is the cleanser "Bars Keeper" with water added to make a paste! Best I have ever used. Idea compliments of another helpful eBayer!
- Measures 14-3/4" across or in diameter and about 13" long. Fitter measures just under 1-3/4" in diameter.
- NOTE; ONLY INCLUDES THE HORN AND OTHER PICTURES ARE FOR LOOK ONLY AND AVAILABLE ON OTHER AUCTIONS
- Also does not include the elbow, but is listed in another auction (and/or my store) and if you win that one, there will be no additional shipping charge. (Is a little loose in the elbow, but you could put 1 or 2 layers of electrical tape around it and it would fit perfectly)
- There may be small indention in either the horn that are either accidental or intentional to make look more authentic. If it gets bent during shipping (highly unlikely) it should be easily put back into place.
- Would look great if you know of a painter and want it hand painted as they used to do.
- You can watch and hear a portion of the 78 RPM record playing on the unit I have for sale (or one like it) This particular song is, "Jealous - Fox Trot" by Victor and International Novelty Orchestra and Elliot Shaw, 1908. (It is only a short clip to prevent long download time) and allows you to hear the quality this horn puts out!

Shipping calculator (VERY LOWER RIGHT) is based on both 7 pound (16 x 16 x 16 inch box) UPS 1 time pick up rates, no UPS account plus a small discount -or- priority rates plus a small packing charge, but I may be shipping UPS if possible. (No billing to your shipping account) to be paid by the winning bidder. Unless requested either in a separate e-mail, I will be shipping the most convenient way for me. (I am only charging a small handling fee, but this one is going to be high because of the box size. If it is any smaller, it may get damaged in transit. Wait for invoice and I will try and see if I can find a smaller and yet protective box. Shipping is high mainly due to the large size of the box. Will ship up to 3 for the same price. Wait for invoice! RETURN POLICY: DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ONLY AND MUST BE REPORTED IN 3 DAYS.
Due to previous misrepresentation of damages and also bad repackaging, refunds are only processed after item has been returned and inspected. RETURN AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF NOT DEFECTIVE.
Insurance is not required, but reccomended. UPS pays a lot faster and also reimburses for shipping. Priority can take up to 6 months to pay and does not cover shipping. KEEP ALL PACKAGING TO SUBSTANTIATE A CLAIM!
